Paid parking is on the West side of the building. There are some free parking spots located between 395 Wellington St and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Free Parking: Holt Renfrew on 240 Sparks Street.

Also note that parking on many city streets in the near vicinity of 395 Wellington is free on weekends.

Library and Archives Canada (LAC) is within walking distance of bus stops for both the City of Ottawa's OC Transpo ( and the City of Gatineau's STO (

With OC Transpo, you can take any bus travelling on Wellington, Albert, Slater, Queen and Bank streets in Ottawa.
